6. Jimmy Garoppolo

I think we’ve all drooled over this man enough. So I don’t need to tell you how good a season he had.

With the above names as well as the likes of Matt Breida, Garrett Celek, Kyle Juszczyk and Kendrick Bourne, Jimmy Garoppolo should be able to excel even if the Niners don’t add anyone else to the roster.

The biggest key, more than the actual players on the field with Garoppolo, is that he now has a lot more time to learn the offense of Kyle Shanahan. Often lost in his performances was the fact he was playing on pretty much the “Diet Coke” of what the offense is meant to look like.

Considering he still averaged 308.4 yards passing while starting, it’s mouthwatering to think what he can do with the full playbook.

Oh great, now I’m drooling again.
