57. . Wide Receiver. Alabama. Calvin Ridley. 8. player

The Chicago Bears gave up quite a lot to move up one spot to grab quarterback Mitchell Trubisky in last year’s NFL Draft. Now it’s time to start supplying him with weapons.

With wide receiver Kevin White not exactly panning out over the last two seasons, the Bears’ focus should shift to yet another wideout early. Not long ago, a big-bodied target like SMU’s Courtland Sutton would have been the ideal target.

But the name rising up many a draft board has been Alabama’s Calvin Ridley as of late.

If Ridley winds up being one of the top performers at the NFL Scouting Combine during receiver drills on Mar. 3, look for him to be Chicago’s go-to target in Round 1.
