With the 2018 NFL Scouting Combine set to begin shortly, here are five prospects the San Francisco 49ers should look at on day two.

Right now, a majority of the NFL Draft attention is focused on the first round. The attention is logical considering the quality of players that are usually selected in that range.

But that doesn’t mean the rest of the draft fails to hold any significance. Just last year, the San Francisco 49ers selected five players after the third round or later who all started at least one game in 2017.

In the upcoming draft, San Francisco has nine picks overall. Three of those selections (No. 59, No. 70 and No. 74) will come on Day Two of the draft, which features the second and third rounds.

Among the most pressing needs for the 49ers, interior offensive line is near the top of the list. There are a few skill positions that will need to be addressed as well.
