The San Francisco 49ers have to be feeling pretty good heading into 2018.
The Jimmy Garoppolo five-year contract was a clear cause for celebration among Niners fans, because it cemented the fact they were going to be able to have a franchise quarterback on their team for the long run.
It also allowed the media to express new hype towards the 49ers that the team hasn’t been around in a long time:

However, both head coach Kyle Shanahan and general manager John Lynch both insisted in the Garoppolo-extension press conference the team still has a lot of work to do.
So I’m going to look at 10 players on the 49ers roster right now and rank them on how big of an impact they will make next season — how important they are to lead this team to a Super Bowl.
