3. . Quarterback. Pittsburgh Steelers. BEN ROETHLISBERGER

2018 is going to be an intriguing year for quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Gone is former offensive coordinator Todd Haley, being replaced by Randy Fichtner. It’s an interesting hire, although the Steelers can still be pretty happy about boasting one of the more prolific offenses in the NFL.

Roethlisberger, at 35 years old, showed no signs of slowing down last season. He threw for over 4,000 yards for the first time since 2014, and his 28 touchdowns is tied for fourth most out of any single-season campaign of his career.

It helps, of course, having a wide receiver like Antonio Brown as a weapon. But the big difference maker could wind up being No. 2 wideout JuJu Smith-Schuster, who’ll enjoy a full year of development.

That could stand to make Roethlisberger’s 2018 campaign even better than last year’s mark.

He easily stands at the third spot in our NFL power rankings heading into the offseason.
