Niner Noise takes a look around the league and hands out NFL power rankings for each starting quarterback heading into the 2018 offseason.

The offseason is officially here, and Niner Noise has already dished out NFL power rankings for each team, giving the Super Bowl-champion Philadelphia Eagles the No. 1 spot in our latest listing.

One of the biggest stories from Super Bowl LII was how Eagles backup quarterback Nick Foles, filling in for an injured Carson Wentz, managed to lead Philly to an upset over future Hall of Famer Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.

Well, Foles did. And he earned game MVP honors as a result.

Meanwhile, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo got paid. $137.5 million over five years is a lot of money. But considering that’s where the market is heading, the deal could look like a steal a couple of years from now.

Especially if he performs up to expectations.

It’s been a while since Niner Noise did quarterback-specific NFL power rankings, but that’s where we’ll go in this slideshow. With moves — both pending and speculated — taking place this offseason, it will be interesting to see where each starter winds up and how he impacts his team in 2018.

A total of 44 quarterbacks had more than 100 pass attempts last season. We won’t list all 44 in these rankings, rather focus on those who’ll possibly start somewhere this year. That’ll cut out retirees like the Arizona Cardinals’ Carson Palmer and, likely, the Miami Dolphins’ Jay Cutler.

Let’s begin our rankings with those at the bottom of the barrel.
