The San Francisco 49ers are no strangers to great playoff moments.

Since their inception in 1946, the Niners have made the postseason (including the All-America Football Conference) a total of 26 times, including the dynasty years of the 1980s and early 1990s.

During that stretch 49ers fans have been treated to some special moments.
