No. 4: Jared Goff (LAR)

Changing the head coach and offensive mentality in Los Angeles has created a star in Jared Goff. The Rams offense has transformed much like the Texans with Watson. Goff has this team as one of the highest scoring offenses in the league after a year in 2016 where people where calling him a bust.

Everyone was far too quick to judge Goff last season. He wasn’t comfortable in the old Rams system, and now he is set up to succeed for years to come. With Todd Gurley looking like he is back to his rookie form of 2015 and his receivers flourishing as well, Goff has been stellar.

There was almost no way Goff was drafted in your fantasy football draft this year. He is now leading many teams into the fantasy football championship games this week.

Goff is another quarterback who is averaging over 250 yards per game this season and that is no fluke. The Rams want Goff to throw the ball even more, so 2018 will be just as lucrative for fantasy football teams as 2017.

Every year there is one or two players the sneak up and surprise every fantasy football player. Goff is that player for 2017. A quarterback who was seen as a project at best to start the season is going to end the year as a top-10 quarterback with unbelievable upside going forward.

The quarterback position was one of the few areas of concern for Rams fans heading into 2017, but that won’t be the case in 2018. Goff is the future in Los Angeles and he is the future for many fantasy teams.
