123. . W, 38-14 vs. Redskins. Previous: . Dallas Cowboys. 10. team

So that’s how the Cowboys win without running back Ezekiel Elliott.

In only took a few games to figure out, but Dallas’ impressive 38-14 win over the Redskins featured backup tailback Alfred Morris tearing things up on Thursday Night Football. And with his ground game working, quarterback Dak Prescott managed to toss two touchdowns.

Sure, Prescott only had 102 passing yards. But the offense moved enough to generate 21 first downs.

That’s a formula for victory.

So is forcing four turnovers, which Dallas’ defense was able to engineer against a still-potent Redskins offense.

Despite being 6-6 now, the Cowboys appear to have righted the ship.

And Elliott is returning soon.
