The San Francisco 49ers fell 24-13 to the visiting Seattle Seahawks in Week 12, and Niner Noise dishes out our latest stock report following the Niners’ latest defeat.

For a moment early in Week 12, the San Francisco 49ers appeared to be poised for a major upset over their hated NFC West division rivals, the Seattle Seahawks.

Safety Eric Reid intercepted a pass from Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson at the 14:54 mark of the very first quarter, putting the Niners in excellent field position and suggesting this contest might go a bit differently than the previous Niners losses to the Seahawks dating back to 2014.

Well, not so much. The 49ers ended up losing 24-13 in a game where one team was clearly superior than the other.

At 1-10 now, San Francisco still has a lot to play for down the stretch. There’s the spoiler role, of course, and this game had some significance in Seattle’s playoff push. But in the bigger picture, the Niners are still evaluating talent to help determine which players fit the picture heading into 2018.

As such, Niner Noise continues with our stock watch after the latest 49ers defeat.

Needless to say, there were some risers and fallers throughout the game, starting with Reid, who managed San Francisco’s lone forced turnover.
