  • The days of being afraid of the Seattle Seahawks defense in daily fantasy football are behind us this season. Carlos Hyde is in line for a great game this week against the Seahawks banged-up defense.

Carlos Hyde is a hard player to judge in daily fantasy football. He gets the majority of the work out of the 49ers backfield, but his play is often inconsistent. Some of that is due to a struggling offensive line and passing game, but those will not be as much of a factor this week.

Hyde is coming off of one of his best games of the season in Week 10 against the New York Giants. He helped San Francisco to their first win of the season, and they will need more of the same in Week 12.

Coming off of the bye week, Hyde will have fresh legs to attack this Seattle defense. He has run the ball more than 12 times in all of the teams last five games — a very important thing to find when looking for value plays is consistent touches. Hyde gets those in spades every week.

There are few starting running backs that are priced as low as Hyde this week. DraftKings is still looking at Seattle’s defense as a force to be reckoned with when that is not the case anymore. Hyde is in store for one of his first 100-yard performances on the season in Week 12 and is great value for your daily fantasy football lineup.
