No. 2: RB Danny Woodhead (BAL) $4,200 vs. Houston

I have been on the Danny Woodhead bandwagon for years. Coming into the season, I saw him as a great pick, but that was stopped by an early injury. Now he is back and ready to roll in Week 12 against the Texans.

Woodhead was active and played sparingly last week and looked good in his minimal work. This week the training wheels come off and Woodhead is in line for a full workload. We have not yet seen what that exactly means for him as a Raven, but it makes him a very intriguing value pick.

He is battling with Alex Collins and Javorius Allen for touches out of the Baltimore backfield. Neither of those runners are anything special. There will be plenty of room for Woodhead to get touches, if not take over a leading role to end the season.

Because he is an unknown this season, he is very under priced on DraftKings. Using a player at Woodhead’s price in your daily fantasy football lineup will free up more than enough salary to use some big name stars this week. Woodhead is the player I am building around in Week 12. He only needs to catch five passes and he is worth the small investment you have made in him on DraftKings.
