Finding the wins on 49ers’ remaining 2017 schedule
By Peter Panacy
Niner Noise takes a look at the remaining San Francisco 49ers schedule in 2017 from Week 10 onward and tries to predict the wins based off each individual matchup.
Nine weeks, and we have nine San Francisco 49ers losses.
With a Week 10 contest at home versus the 1-7 New York Giants, the Niners haven’t had any luck finding their own victory under first-year head coach Kyle Shanahan. Granted, few realistically predicted 2017 would go well, record-wise. But to be 0-9 at this point is tough to watch.
Earlier this season, San Francisco was competitive enough to suggest the team was on track. For a period of five games between Weeks 2 and 6, no loss was by a greater margin than three points.
Injuries and other factors have certainly played a role in the 49ers having a lesser chance winning games since then. But with seven games remaining, can we see the Niners pull off a victory or two? Three?
In this slideshow, we’ll break down the remaining NFL schedule San Francisco has in 2017 and try to predict the outcome. Here’s the remaining schedule as is:

Turns out, Week 10 might be the last best shot the Niners have to find a win this season. Let’s start there.
