Niner Noise recaps the league’s actions in our Week 10 NFL power rankings, paying particular attention to the biggest blowouts and losers of the week. The Philadelphia Eagles were dominant, but at least the Cleveland Browns didn’t lose.

We’ve reached the halfway point of the 2017 season, and NFL power rankings for Week 10 sure get some shakeups after a number of serious blowouts and tough losses by teams in must-win situations.

A perfect scenario was the 51-23 blowout of the Denver Broncos by our top-ranked Philadelphia Eagles. The Broncos are quickly falling out of contention in the AFC West, and they have all kinds of issues under center.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Rams continued their hot streak, dominating the hapless New York Giants in similar fashion.

On the very end of the spectrum, the San Francisco 49ers fell 20-10 to the also-lowly Arizona Cardinals in a game few watched, and even fewer attended. The Niners are bad, but at least they’re not as incompetent as the Cleveland Browns, who didn’t play this week.

Let’s take a look at how things changed from our last NFL power rankings, who’s up and who’s down.

Starting off with the Browns who, technically, aren’t the worst team in the league right now.
