48. . 2-4. . Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 20. team

A week ago, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers had the excuse of not having quarterback Jameis Winston under center.

He came back against the Buffalo Bills in Week 7 and made a huge difference, throwing three touchdowns against one interception during the Bucs’ 30-27 back-and-forth loss. And the fact he was able to utilize receiving weapons like Mike Evans, DeSean Jackson and rookie tight end O.J. Howard to great effect speaks measures to the potential this offense has.

And yet the Buccaneers are still 2-4.

Like the Titans, the Bucs were supposed to be a nice little sleeper team in the NFL this season. The problem is we just haven’t seen it all come together.

That spells a major issue for Tampa Bay, and the record alone is enough to drop them significantly in our NFL power rankings this week.
