49ers film room: Top 10 plays from Week 5 vs. Colts

Donte Moncrief 7-yard reception (No. 10)
After stopping the 49ers’ drive, the Colts run two plays before this 3rd-and-4 at their 24-yard line. Indianapolis lines up with 10 personnel in a shotgun formation, and T.Y. Hilton motions tight to the right side of the formation as the ball is snapped.
A rub creates separation for Hilton, who is open beyond the sticks, but instead of passing the ball, the second-year quarterback decides to leave his clean pocket before defensive end Elvis Dumervil forces him back to his left.
Jacoby Brissett now has pressure in his face, but luckily, the lone receiver on the left side of the field — Donte Moncrief — has worked to stay alive. Brissett throws across his body to Moncrief, who catches the low pass for a first down:
