Start-em: Austin Seferian-Jenkins (NYJ) @ Cleveland

Start a Jets pass catcher in fantasy football in 2017, and his name is Austin Seferian-Jenkins. Those are two things I never thought I would say. The rebound story continues for the big tight end formerly with Tampa Bay. In Week 5, he and the Jets get to go up against Cleveland, so it’s safe to say the rebound continues this week.

The New York Jets offense has been starving for a tight end for years, and it looks like Seferian-Jenkins is their answer. After serving his two-game suspension to open the season, he has slipped in seamlessly into the Jets offense. He has nine catches for nearly 80 yards in two games.

That is almost as much as he had in any one entire season with Tampa Bay.

The talent has always been there for Seferian-Jenkins, but the off-the-field issues have held him back. As long as he stays out of trouble, he will be a good contributor for your fantasy team the rest of 2017.

In a year where healthy tight ends are at a minimum, Seferian-Jenkins is a great answer to that position on your fantasy football team. The Jets offense is lacking talent at the wide receiver position, so there are targets to be had for a good tight end in that offense. If he is still available in your league, add him and start him with confidence moving forward.
