Marquise Lee/Allen Hurns (JAX)

Another situation of who is going to catch the ball on a bad offense. Injuries open up playing time and in fantasy football, playing time can equal point for your team.

The injury being referred to in the case of the Jacksonville Jaguars is the one to top wide receiver Allen Robinson. He is done for the season with a torn ACL. Again, a big loss for the Jaguars offense. However, for fantasy owners who are looking for value, Marquise Lee and Allen Hurns are now it.

Lee is owned in 27.5 percent of ESPN leagues and is expected to take over the top receiver duties. Hurns targets now also increase with this injury, and he is only owned in 6.6 percent on ESPN leagues.

Lee and Hurns have both had successful seasons in the NFL. There is no reason to think they can’t step up and produce for Jacksonville this season. Lee had over 100 targets last season and 851 yards, while Hurns was a 1,000 yard receiver in his 2016 campaign.

Jacksonville is a team that wants to run the ball and the injury to Robinson will only increase that game plan. Hurns and Lee are going to get one-on-one coverage and if the Jaguars want to win, they have to take advantage of it.

One of these two, if not both, are going to have a big game this weekend without Robinson. Add them for bye week plays and injury insurance before it’s too late.
