No. 2: Linebacker Reuben Foster Is the Real Deal
Enough of the bad.
Preseason narratives aside, rookie linebacker Reuben Foster is already proving 31 other NFL teams made a mistake by not drafting him.
Foster was one of many defensive standouts from the first half of football last Sunday, leading the Niners with eight tackles, including one for a loss seen below:
One should also note Foster’s hard-hitting abilities too. This, combined with his ability to consistently fly around the ball are reasons for excitement.
Foster immediately makes the woeful 49ers 2016 defense infinitely better heading into this season. He’s going to be a fun player to watch, and he’s already made some noteworthy contributions in a limited time.
