Washington Redskins vs. Boston Braves

First, let me preface this by saying I’m no fan of the Washington Redskins name. As someone with Crow blood, it’s a shame Washington has no interest making a much-needed change.

So instead of playing around with a matchup based off names here, we’ll merely go back to team history.

The Redskins actually started off as the Boston Braves back in 1932 before moving to Washington five years later. And those fans of MLB history might recall baseball had its own Boston Braves from 1871 to 1952.

Interestingly enough, both teams played in Boston’s Fenway Park, which would surely be a spectacle today if such matchup ever took place.
