The San Francisco 49ers have all but assembled their 90-man roster following the NFL Draft. While a few changes are pending, let’s take a look at the biggest position battles to watch during OTAs, training camp and the preseason.
With the 2017 NFL Draft in the books, and the San Francisco 49ers all but finalizing their offseason 90-man roster, general manager John Lynch and Co. can start directing this new-look Niners team towards the upcoming regular season.
A full rebuild doesn’t even describe what’s happened to the roster since Lynch took over. Well over half of it has been gutted — a much-needed thing for a team coming off a 2-14 record a year ago.
