NFL Power Rankings: 2017 Pre-NFL Draft Look at All 32 Teams
By Peter Panacy
If there is good news for the Cleveland Browns, it’s the fact they own the first overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft and have another first rounder at No. 12 overall.
Those are two chances to land top-tier talent for a team in utter need of it.
Chances are, the Browns take Texas A&M EDGE Myles Garrett at No. 1 and uses the second first-round pick to select the best player available.
And yet the Browns could mess this up. Cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot reported the Browns are considering North Carolina quarterback Mitchell Trubisky at No. 1, since they don’t feel he’ll be around at No. 12.
Passing on Garrett here would certainly keep Cleveland at the very bottom of NFL power rankings post NFL Draft.
