2017 NFL Draft: Final Round 1 Mock for All 32 Picks
By Peter Panacy
The Seahawks have one pressing need heading into the NFL Draft — offensive line.
Keeping quarterback Russell Wilson upright was a major problem for the Seahawks last year, as he suffered a whopping 41 sacks for 293 yards. Outside of center Justin Britt, Seattle’s O-line was about as bad as it could get.
A standout lineman should be priority No. 1 for the Seahawks this season. Unfortunately, there aren’t too many good players early to select. The next player on the board is Alabama offensive tackle Cam Robinson.
Robinson surely has his positives. But off-field concerns have to raise some red flags here.
Seattle can’t afford to be picky though, and the team makes this acquisition out of necessity.
