Round 4 Pick 2 (No. 109 Overall) – C Ethan Pocic (LSU)

It is not a good offensive line class, that much has been made apparent throughout the draft process.

Yet the 49ers cannot afford to ignore the trenches and could certainly use help on the interior.

The Niners already have two centers in Jeremy Zuttah and Daniel Kilgore, but Pocic has shown his versatility having played both guard and tackle.

Pocic has impressive hand-quickness and is athletic enough to get to the second level and pull to the outside. He is a fit for the Kyle Shanahan offense and would at least give the Niners further competition up front.
