Round 6, Pick No. 198 Overall — Brian Allen, Utah

The Pac-12 has a bounty of receiving talent, and Utah’s Brian Allen showed he can be a lockdown player and compete at a high level.

He doesn’t excel in one particular area but does everything well. Allen is physically imposing, standing at 6-foot-3 and 215 pounds, and has the traits coveted in the 49ers new brass’ defensive scheme.

Allen would be a great addition in Round 6. He is still raw and a move to safety might be imminent with his size and skill set.
