At the NFL Scouting Combine, some prospects don’t perform to the level that was expected. After seeing certain players in person, scouts determine that they were originally graded too high.

The NFL Scouting Combine is a great time for personnel executives to view draft prospects in person.

While many prospects impress teams, there are certain players that don’t necessarily perform as well. After the combine, these prospects typically slide in the draft.

There are many different reasons that a certain prospect slides, from injury concerns, poor measurements or even the occasional off-the-field issue.

Every year that are players that come away from the combine disappointed that they couldn’t improve their draft stock. Here are five such players in the 2017 NFL Draft who didn’t particularly impress NFL teams.
