Congratulations, Jets fans. Your team got to face the slump-busting 49ers in Week 14, and the 23-17 victory showed.

True, coming back from a 17-3 halftime deficit is what good teams do. But New York is anything but good.

If there are some positives to build on moving forward, one can be excited about running back Bilal Powell — 145 yards and two touchdowns on 29 carries — and, perhaps, quarterback Bryce Petty.

Petty might have to be in the discussion for a starting gig next year. It isn’t as if the Jets have any other likable options.
