No. 3: Wide Receiver Devon Cajuste

Yes, wide receiver is going to be an interesting camp battle this offseason. We get that.

Still, the 49ers have to figure out a way to keep former Stanford wideout Devon Cajuste on the roster.

At 6-foot-4 and 227 pounds, Cajuste may even be an option for a tight end convert.

At least he offers up some incredible red-zone potential. His hands are amazing — just take a look at the photo above or the video below — and the 49ers have plenty of reasons to increase their prowess within opponents’ 20-yard lines.

Cajuste may be the best of San Francisco’s undrafted free-agent signings this offseason, but it will be interesting to see how head coach Chip Kelly uses him on offense.

This will be the true indicator. If there’s an area in which Cajuste thrives, especially the red zone, there’s a good chance fans will see him in specialized roles in 2016.

Training camp will reveal a lot of that.
