Who will step up at the wide receiver position?

Outside of sixth-year wide receiver Torrey Smith, the position remains a mystery. The average age of the WR corps is currently 24.5 years, a young group of guys (three rookies) with little experience.

Chip Kelly likes to use multiple-receiver sets, which means someone will have to step up and carry a load that they are not used to.

Training camp will be a huge test for this group and someone will have to stand above the rest and show the coaching staff that they are ready to produce at a high level.

Having someone help Smith is pivotal for the 49ers offense to succeed.
