San Francisco 49ers: Ranking 10 Best Players on Offense in 2016
The San Francisco 49ers offense ranked among the worst in the NFL in 2015 but still has some talent at its disposal, here we rate its 10 best players.
There hasn’t been much for San Francisco 49ers fans to get excited about when it comes to the offense in recent times.
Under Jim Tomsula, the offense was among the worst in the league, finishing 2015 ranked No. 28 in the NFL by advanced metrics site Football Outsiders, which rated the 49ers’ at No. 29 in passing and No. 22 in rushing.
In this year’s draft the 49ers focused more on building both sides of the trenches and the secondary, and there was little in terms of additions at the offensive skill positions in the offseason.
