Bowman is the leader of the defense and will be the starter. Lining up next to him will be Hodges with Wilhoite rotating in. In sub-packages, we will see Tartt rotate next to Bowman, as he can cover much better than any other inside linebacker.

Expect to see the duo of Bowman and Tartt a lot this season.
