Week 15 at Atlanta Falcons

The 49ers pulled off a win over the Atlanta Falcons last season — a game in which the Niners defense held then-leading rusher Devonta Freeman to just 12 yards on 12 carries.

Atlanta had been riding a hot streak for the first half of the season in 2015 but fell off to an 8-8 record and disappointing finish.

Still, quarterback Matt Ryan is more than capable of picking apart a young and developing Niner secondary. And pressure from 49ers pass-rushers may not be totally effective. The Falcons only allowed 30 sacks last year — a far cry from the 53 allowed by the 49ers.

If the 49ers were playing this game at home, it’s possible they’d have a chance. But this road contest doesn’t favor San Francisco at all.

Prediction: Loss
