Restricted Free Agents
Per Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee, the Niners are to tender restricted free agent Michael Wilhoite and exclusive rights free agent Jordan Devey.
The re-signing of Draughn leaves San Francisco with three players still to tender, restricted free agents Tony Jerod-Eddie and Ray-Ray Armstrong and exclusive rights free agent Kendall Gaskins.
Neither Gaskins nor Armstrong did anything eye-catching in their limited roles but it seems likely the 49ers would sign the pair to tenders before Wednesday’s deadline and allow them to compete for a roster spot. Jerod-Eddie has been a decent rotational piece on the defensive line and should also be expected to remain with the team.
