No. 15: Los Angeles Rams

2015 Record: 7-9

The Pick: QB Paxton Lynch, Memphis

So the Rams are moving from St. Louis to Los Angeles, and they’ll need a new face to the franchise to usher in this new era in the team’s history.

Los Angeles is also in need of a quarterback after the 2015 experiment with Nick Foles and Case Keenum didn’t work out. Someone else needs to take over the signal-calling duties under center and help usher in a new and exciting phase for the Rams offense.

It wasn’t long ago Memphis quarterback Paxton Lynch was considered the best quarterback coming out of the draft. Lynch has plenty of talents and could feasibly slide into a starting role in 2017 if not sooner.

Hitting on a quarterback is an absolute must for Los Angeles. The Rams defense is plenty talented and there are bona fide weapons for a player like Lynch to utilize. Perhaps this will be the key cog in getting the Rams back to contention in the tough NFC West.
