No. 14: Oakland Raiders

2015 Record: 7-9

The Pick: CB Mackensie Alexander, Clemson

With the retirement of outstanding defensive back Charles Woodson this offseason, the Oakland Raiders will be looking for a new face to their secondary and another defensive component to pair alongside standout linebackers Khalil Mack and Malcolm Smith.

And Oakland needs all the help they can get in the defensive backfield as well.

The Raiders ranked No. 26 in the NFL last season with 4,140 yards allowed through the air. Coverage was particularly problematic as Oakland was frequently left scrambling to find able bodies to fill voids in the secondary seemingly all season.

How has cornerback D.J. Hayden fared since being drafted?

Clemson cornerback Mackensie Alexander is a perfect fit here. He may not be a ballhawk by any means, but his coverage skills and instincts are about as solid as they get.
