San Francisco 49ers: Grading 2015 Rookie Class after Season
By Peter Panacy
TE Busta Anderson
One shouldn’t have expected too much out of seventh-round draft pick Busta Anderson after being added to, what was then, a deep group of tight ends at the start of the season.
The 6’5″, 244-pound Anderson has tremendous physical traits and could, at some point, wind up being a nice component within San Francisco’s offense.
But Anderson ended up on the practice squad to start 2015 and eventually wound up being placed on season-ending injured reserve (IR).
The book is still out on Anderson, but he remains an intriguing athlete who could supply some depth at the position should the 49ers move away from tight ends Vance McDonald and/or Garrett Celek at some point in the future.
