NFL Draft 2015: COMPLETE 49ers Grades for ALL PICKS

Round 4 (Pick 33): DeAndre Smelter, WR, Georgia Tech

Smelter is a solid player who possesses all the tools to be a number one receiver in the NFL. A torn ACL hurt his draft stock, and though Smelter has some work to do, there is great potential for him as part of the 49ers receiving corps.

Grade: A-

Smelter has enormous potential. I am not concerned about his ACL and I think he will do very well and is a good size for a pro receiver.
