NFL Draft 2015: COMPLETE 49ers Grades for ALL PICKS

Round 4 (Pick 27): Mike Davis, RB, South Carolina

Mike Davis had some injury and conditioning issues last season that kept him from going any earlier than this. He is built similarly to Frank Gore and could easily be a solid every-down back for the 49ers. He and Carlos Hyde will be fantastic splitting time.

Grade: B+

Davis will be an excellent addition to the 49ers’ offense, but a receiver or cornerback could have been useful, too.
