The San Francisco 49ers have wrapped up their first week of OTAs, and Niner Noise looks at the biggest winners and losers from this crucial offseason session.

The first week of organized team activities (OTAs) is in the books for the San Francisco 49ers.

This offseason session, which stretches from May 17 through June 2, is a critical step in getting players acclimated to head coach Kyle Shanahan and defensive coordinator Robert Saleh’s schemes.

It also sparks the competition necessary in formulating the best 53-man roster.

Niner Noise takes a look at the five biggest winners, and five biggest losers, from this first week of OTAs and determines who is rising and falling.

While this offseason series is extremely limited — no contact is allowed, and teams are engaged in quasi-simulated practices — it is possible to gauge some of the standouts and those who aren’t quite meeting the expectation level.

So, in alternating order, her are the biggest winners and losers from Week 1 of OTAs.
