As the 2016 regular season beings to wind down to a close, Niner Noise looks at NFL power rankings as Week 16 is now on the table. Where do all 32 teams sit?

The NFL playoff picture is starting to clear up, now with two weeks left on the regular-season schedule. A few bottom-dwelling teams can still play the spoiler role, although the focus of most non-playoff-bound teams falls on the offseason.
