The San Francisco 49ers are looking to bounce back from a tough loss to the Cleveland Browns in Week 6, and they find themselves sitting as road favorites against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 7.
San Francisco won’t have star wideout Deebo Samuel in this game. Plus, Trent Williams is listed as doubtful and Christian McCaffrey is questionable (although he is expected to play).

That could put the 49ers in a tough spot, but there’s a good chance that they still win this game based on the latest odds. We’re going to use the odds below to help us come up with an educated prediction for the final score tonight.

Oddsmakers have set the 49ers as 6.5-point favorites, meaning they expect the team to win by a touchdown – or more – in this matchup.
While I do think the 49ers are the better team and should come out with a win, this spread may be a little too wide for my liking with San Fran on the road.
The Vikings – despite their record – are No. 9 in the league in opponent yards and per play on defense and No. 10 in the league in yards per play on offense.
In my best NFL spread picks this week on BetSided, I took the team to cover the spread.
Still, I think the 49ers win this game comfortably enough now that Christian McCaffrey is expected to suit up tonight.
The Vikings narrowly cover, but the 49ers keep pace in the race for the No. 1 seed in the NFC with a win.
