The San Francisco 49ers didn't have to play on Super Wild Card Weekend to see its odds shift in its favor even more ahead of Divisional Weekend in the NFL Playoffs.

The No. 7 seed Green Bay Packers' blowout win at Dallas against the No. 2 seed Cowboys knocked out the Niners' biggest threat (odds-wise) to come out of the NFC, meaning that San Francisco has an even higher likelihood of having an easier path.

While the Niners now host the surging Packers, there's no denying that the difference between the Packers and Cowboys is quite wide. Green Bay was a seven-point underdog at Dallas and now nearly a double-digit pooch at San Francisco.

49ers odds to win Super Bowl 58

The odds look similar in terms of shape, but the numbers are getting shorter and shorter around the winners. The Niners are as short as they have been all season, now +190 to win the Super Bowl, which translates to about a 34% chance of hoisting the Lombardi Trophy.

The Niners will be favored against any team for the remainder of the postseason, and the biggest threat in the NFC is now sitting at home.

Can the 49ers win the Super Bowl

Well, duh.

The Niners are more than equipped to win their first Super Bowl in the Kyle Shanahan era. The team ranks tops in plenty of key metrics and now has a break on its way to the Super Bowl with Dallas bowing out.

While the team will face a budding offense in Green Bay, it's clear that there's a wide gap between these two teams and the 49ers should find answers on both offense and defense against the Packers with a week of rest.

The AFC will continue to take shape around the top-seed Baltimore Ravens, but the NFC has gotten even easier for San Francisco, who is rightfully the favorite to win the Super Bowl.
