The San Francisco and Seattle Seahawks will wrap up the NFL's Thanksgiving Day slate in an NFC West showdown.
The 49ers are trying to chase down the Eagles atop the NFC, while the Seahawks are doing their best to stay afloat in the NFC wild card race. This will be the first of two meetings between these teams in the final stretch, of the season, they'll play again in Week 14.
If you want my best bet for the game, you can find it in this week's edition of the "Road to 272 Bets".
In this article, I'm going to attempt to do the impossible and correctly pick the final score of the game. Let's dive into it.
49ers vs. Seahawks odds, spread, and total
If you read my best bet for the game, you know that I love the 49ers to win and cover in this game.
The Seahawks have been trending in the wrong direction and having a bad second half of the season has been a common trend for Seattle the past few seasons. Meanwhile, I firmly believe the 49ers are the best team in the NFL, ranking inside the top 5 in most EPA per Play and opponent EPA per Play.
But, what about the total?
It's a low mark of 43 so I think we're going to see more points than that. The 49ers defense is good, but not as dominant as they were last season and their secondary can be suspect at time, which may open things up for the Seahawks talented receiving core.
The 49ers will win and cover, but Seattle will play well enough offensively to score enough points for this total to go OVER.
Final score prediction: 49ers 30, Seahawks 17
