49ers pass-rushing target No. 4: Robert Quinn, Eagles

The 2023 NFL free agency class of outside pass-rushers is so bare, players like Justin Houston and Philadephia Eagles EDGE Robert Quinn have to be included.

You know, the two veterans who have already made their mark in the league but are still hanging around.

Quinn might have enjoyed a flash reminiscent of his early years with the Chicago Bears in 2021 when he recorded a whopping 18.5 sacks that seemingly came out of nowhere. And while his 2022 efforts between Chicago and Philly netted precisely one sack and only five quarterback hits, there’s at least some merit to suggest he has some of that production left in him that helped nearly break the single-season sack record not long ago.

In the right context, the 32-year-old Quinn might be able to reclaim some of his better days, and one figures the 49ers have that kind of context.
