49ers vs. Cowboys bold prediction No. 2: Niners will have a 100- and 200-yard receiver

Last week, Brock Purdy turned in a huge performance, but not just based on his ability alone. It was also in large part to the players he had at his disposal.

To put it plainly, Purdy has weapons. Two of the biggest weapons by far are receivers Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk.

Both had impressive seasons, you’ll find no argument there.

Deebo needs no introduction, but through 17 regular-season games Aiyuk may have been more consistent. He stayed reliable week after week and came away with his first 1,000-yard season.

Pretty impressive for a guy with three different starting quarterbacks.

The best part about the aforementioned dynamic duo is the ability to take the opposing secondaries completely out of the game. The combination of speed and great open-field running they bring to the game would be too much for anyone to handle. Last week, Samuel turned in 165 total yards and added a 74-yard touchdown reception.

Add in the remaining superstars this team has, and their numbers become even more impressive.

Granted, 300 yards seems like a lot with just two receivers, especially in a playoff game where it’s the best of the best.

However, if Purdy has a big day, you can expect these two guys to be the cause of it.
