49ers vs. Cardinals bold prediction No. 3: George Kittle has a 2 touchdown game

2022 has to be something of a frustrating year for All-Pro tight end George Kittle, at least statistically.

Including missing two games because of injury, Kittle has just 29 catches for 340 yards and two touchdowns, likely putting him at a significantly low total once the regular season comes to a close.

Unless he goes off against Arizona on Monday night.

The context is there for him to do so, too. While Kittle might only have 518 receiving yards and two touchdowns against the Cardinals, the lowest against any opponent in the NFC West, a bold prediction would suggest reversing this trend.

Especially considering Kittle’s “friendly” personal rivalry with Arizona safety Budda Baker, stemming back from that memorable Halloween game in 2019.

Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo might look to target his other weapons to a greater extent on Monday night, but look for the two to connect at least twice within the red zone for touchdowns.
