No. 4: 49ers EDGE Nick Bosa

Defensive end Nick Bosa has been a force to be reckoned with during the first two weeks of the season. Coming off a career-best 15.5-sack season in 2021, Bosa has continued to wreak havoc on opposing quarterbacks.

In Week 1 against the Bears, Bosa had two quarterback hits and one sack. Then in Week 2 against the Seahawks, he had five QB hits and two sacks. If you can believe it, Bosa might actually still be getting better as a player even as this season progresses.

In Week 3 against the Broncos, look for Bosa to again be a handful for opposing offenses.  There is no love lost between Russell Wilson and the 49ers, as he dominated them during his time with Seattle to the point of a 16-4 regular-season record.

In response, Bosa will look to give everything he has in the pass rush to bring Wilson to the turf.

Bosa will be relentless in Week 3, so look for him to have another game with at least four QB hits and two sacks.
