Power ranking Jimmy Garoppolo, other NFC West quarterbacks in Week 12

No. 3: Kyler Murray, Cardinals
By the end of the year, Kyler Murray should probably wind up ranking higher than Jimmy Garoppolo and will likely face only Matthew Stafford for the top spot in our NFC West power rankings for signal-callers.
But you have to play to stay high on top of the list, and the fact Murray has now missed three games with an ankle injury forces some sort of correction here, dropping him to No. 3 entering Week 12.
Murray should return soon, so keep that in mind. Yet the Cardinals going 2-1 during his absence suggests they’re still deep as a team and don’t necessarily need him to shoulder the entire load.
Regardless, Murray’s numbers this season have still been exemplary. Even with his injury absences, Murray is No. 1 in the NFL with a 110.4 passer rating and also No. 1 having completed a whopping 72.7 percent of his pass attempts, going 186-of-257 with 17 touchdowns against seven interceptions.
The only reason Murray isn’t within the top two is because of his injury absence. Nothing more.
