No. 3: 49ers get an All-Pro performance from Deebo Samuel

Deebo Samuel effectively took over the game, and it was the way the Niners used him that made him such an X-factor.

Not only was Samuel San Francisco’s leading receiver with 97 yards and a touchdown on five catches, but he also rushed 36 times on five carries, averaging 7.2 yards per rush in the process and adding another touchdown in the process.

Overall, just take all this into account from Next Gen Stats:

Forget Samuel being just a prolific wide receiver. He’s an all-around weapon.

Samuel remains second among all NFL pass-catchers this season with 979 receiving yards, behind only the Rams’ wide receiver, Cooper Kupp, who reached his current total of 1,141 yards in Week 10 by adding an additional 122 yards in the game.

But Kupp’s receiving yards were awfully quiet and didn’t make much of a difference.

Samuel’s all-purpose yards, 133 in total, were the exact opposite.
