49ers vs. Cardinals: 4 worst performances from dismal loss
No. 1: Again, nobody is off limits and this includes the 49ers coaches
I’ve been watching sports my entire life. I’ve always tried to see the coaching side of things. They aren’t the ones on the field needing to execute the plays. However, with this 49ers squad, it’s easy to see there’s a disconnect between the players and coaches.
Especially on defense. But it doesn’t stop there. Kyle Shanahan is the head coach. He’s the guy who needs to figure out how to get the whole team to buy in every single week.
What made Shanahan a fun offensive coordinator was the pre-snap motions and the change of direction on almost every play.
A little after this tweet, Shanahan mixed in some pre-snap motion and the 49ers got some big yards out of it. Then, they went to a doormat formation and nothing happened.
They have two of the most explosive offensive weapons at their disposal: receivers Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk.

We all fell in love with Samuel during the Super Bowl run, when he was sprinting across the line and receiving a toss from Garoppolo, or catching a pass on the run behind the line of scrimmage and turning it into a big gain.
Aiyuk has the same ability, which we saw a lot of last season and are slowly seeing as this season draws on. But every single coach needs to be better. The head coach, coordinators, position coaches. Everyone.
San Francisco will face the Los Angeles Rams, who are coming off a loss against the Tennessee Titans.
The 49ers are on a four-game winning streak against LA, but they’ll do be much better to make it five.
